Plant Care Responsibility

Plants are living products and require appropriate care. Khurpi makes reasonable efforts to provide healthy plants and guidance; however, we cannot guarantee plant survival due to factors beyond our control, including watering practices, sunlight conditions, soil quality, pest infestations, environmental factors, and customer handling or maintenance. Customers are responsible for ongoing plant care after delivery.

Landscaping and Consultation Services

For landscaping, maintenance, and consultation projects, project timelines may vary based on site conditions and scope. Customers must provide accurate project requirements. Quotations remain valid only for the period specified. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Site access and necessary permissions remain the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of plants and certain gardening products, returns may not be accepted for all products. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Claims regarding damaged or incorrect products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery whenever possible.
